Contact Zero — Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Contact Zero app (package com.contactzero), developed by Avanues Ortiz (contact: manuelfonsi999@gmail.com). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Age

You must be 18 or over to use Contact Zero.

3. What the app is, and what it is not

4. Free features and Premium

5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

6. How to cancel

Open Google Play › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, select Contact Zero and tap Cancel subscription. You can also go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Refunds

Payments are processed by Google Play, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies (support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Profile › Restore purchases.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or the AI Coach: do not try to bypass limits, attack or overload the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use the Coach to create illegal, hateful or harmful content. We may limit access to the Coach in case of abuse.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its content and design belong to Avanues Ortiz or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, under these terms and Google Play's terms.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. The AI Coach depends on internet access and third-party services (Google, OpenAI) and may occasionally be unavailable. If a paid feature is discontinued, your rights under Google Play's policies and consumer law apply.

11. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the app or the AI Coach. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

12. Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution options where applicable.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version here with its date. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
