2. Data we process

Tintaro Color Picker & Palette has no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and you do not need to create an online account. The "local account" in Profile is only a name saved on your device.

3. Device permissions

4. Purpose and legal basis (GDPR)

5. Third parties

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

6. Retention

Local data stays until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. If Android backup is on, the system may include app data in your encrypted Google backup; you can turn this off in your phone settings. Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records as long as needed to manage purchases and meet legal obligations.

7. How to delete your data

App data is on your device: delete it in the app, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. To delete purchase records linked to the app's anonymous ID at RevenueCat, email manuelfonsi999@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the app name; we will process the request within 30 days. Google Play purchase history is managed in your Google account.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by writing to manuelfonsi999@gmail.com. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
