1. Summary

Nebulosa does not require sign-up. We use an anonymous account so the app works, to protect the service against abuse and to recognise your subscription. We do not sell your data.

2. Data we process and why

• Photo of your palm (if you request a reading): sent encrypted to our server and to OpenAI, acting as a data processor, only to generate the reading. We do not keep the photo; we keep the reading text for up to 30 days, linked to a hashed identifier, so you don't have to repeat it.
• Name, date, time and place of birth, interests (optional): stored on your device. To interpret your chart we send the server the planetary positions already calculated on your phone and, if you entered it, your name.
• Questions to the Oracle and spreads: processed to answer you and not stored on our server.
• Anonymous Firebase identifier: to count free daily uses, apply limits and link your subscription (RevenueCat).
• Purchases: Google Play handles payment; RevenueCat tells us whether your subscription is active. We never receive your card details.
• Advertising (free version only): Google AdMob may use the advertising ID and device data. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for consent through Google's platform (UMP); you can change it in Profile › Ad privacy options.
• Security: Firebase App Check (Play Integrity) verifies that requests come from the genuine app.

3. Legal basis

Performance of the service you request (readings, subscription), legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention) and consent (personalised advertising, notifications).

4. Processors and transfers

Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play), OpenAI (text generation and photo interpretation; under its API terms it does not use this data to train models and may retain it for up to 30 days for safety) and RevenueCat. Some process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Usage counters: 3 days. Palm readings and cached texts: up to 30 days (horoscopes and card meanings are shared by all users and contain no personal data). Data on the device is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to manuelfonsi999@gmail.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

7. Children

Nebulosa is not directed at children under 16.

Terms of Use

Nebulosa offers symbolic readings of astrology, tarot and palmistry for reflection and entertainment. They are not certain predictions and do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Nebulosa Premium: weekly, monthly or yearly subscription with no trial period, or a one-time lifetime payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel in Google Play › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before. Prices are shown in the app before you pay. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.

Free features have reasonable daily limits to keep the service running. We may change the features or these terms; important changes will be shown in the app.
